Abstract

This supplementary volume extends the Myo Min Aung Unified Theory (MUT) core framework (v7.0.1) to quantum and cosmological scales. It introduces the MUT-Anicca axiom for scale-dependent impermanence, derives a sub-Planck temporal scale, formalizes time as emergent curvature flux, and connects gravitational coupling to Hubble expansion. Finite-core corrections to gravitational memory provide testable predictions for LIGO/Virgo, while galactic rotation curves are explained without invoking dark matter. The volume ensures rigorous SI-unit dimensional consistency and provides quantitative predictions spanning 25 orders of magnitude, linking micro-scale quantum phenomena to macro-cosmic structures.
