This research examines the impact of international criminal treaties on national legislation, given the growing importance of harmonizing international and domestic laws to address transnational crimes. It aims to analyze how the provisions of these treaties are incorporated into domestic legal systems and their role in modernizing criminal laws. Additionally, the study explores the challenges states face in implementing these agreements and evaluates their success in integrating international obligations with local legal requirements, The findings indicate that international treaties play a pivotal role in shaping criminal legislation, though their practical application faces obstacles related to legal sovereignty and national specificities. The study concludes that states must strike a balance between international commitments and domestic legal particularities to ensure the effectiveness of criminal justice systems in a globalized world. The research will adopt a comparative analytical approach, studying the texts of international treaties and comparing them with legislative amendments to domestic laws, drawing on real-life examples from the experiences of various countries. The research will be divided into two sections: the first, the impact of international treaties on the formulation of legal texts, and the second, the integration between international law and domestic laws.
