Abstract

In the on-orbit environment, solder joints and circuit boards of electronic equipment subjected to long-term exposure to harsh conditions such as microgravity and high radiation are prone to defects like cold solder joints and false soldering, which directly threaten the safety of space missions. To address the issues of low efficiency and poor accuracy associated with traditional detection and maintenance methods, this study designs an intelligent maintenance device integrating augmented reality (AR) guidance and deep learning diagnostics. The device accurately identifies defects through infrared thermal imaging technology, utilizes AR visualization to assist astronauts in operations, and is equipped with a microgravity-specific harmful gas purification device to ensure safety. Preliminary verification based on a modular ground experimental platform indicates that this device solution can enhance the accuracy and efficiency of on-orbit maintenance, providing technical support for the long-term operation of spacecraft.
