The 15th Biennial International Conference and Exposition of the Society of Petroleum Geophysicists (SPG), India, was held from 26 to 28 October 2025 at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The event marked a landmark milestone in India’s geoscientific journey. Organized around the theme “Rock to Cloud: Geo-Exploration Empowering Energy Evolution,” SPG 2025 served as a premier platform for advancing geosciences, showcasing cutting-edge technologies, and strengthening collaboration among industry, academia, government bodies, and international societies. With participation from more than 900 delegates representing ministries, regulators, national and international oil companies, universities, and research institutions, the event reaffirmed SPG’s leadership in uniting science, technology, and talent to support energy security and transition.
