Abstract

This technical report presents a comprehensive analysis of the GEDIS project’s digital dissemination performance during the period from 1 June to 31 December 2025. The study integrates data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Zenodo to provide a multidimensional assessment of both website visibility and Open Educational Resources (OER) impact. The analysis focuses on six key dimensions: audience volume and engagement trends, geographic reach, traffic acquisition channels, technology and device usage, user behaviour, and OER dissemination through Zenodo. The results show a substantial increase in website visibility compared to early 2025, with 1,320 active users and 2,216 sessions recorded. Traffic growth accelerated from September onwards, peaking in early November in alignment with dissemination activities and publication of policy-related content. Organic search remains the primary acquisition channel, confirming strong search engine visibility. Notably, emerging referral sources from AI-based platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity indicate a shift in content discovery patterns. Desktop usage dominates, reflecting a predominantly academic and professional audience. Complementing website analytics, Zenodo data reveal sustained multilingual dissemination and measurable uptake of OERs, particularly in resources addressing women in science and engineering and the Delphi method. The inclusion of efficiency indicators, such as downloads per OER and downloads per month, provides a more nuanced understanding of content performance and supports the scalability of the dissemination model. The combined analysis of website and repository data demonstrates that GEDIS has successfully established a robust and evolving digital dissemination ecosystem, characterised by strong visibility, growing international reach, and consistent educational impact.
