Abstract

梳理并总结银川市中医院针灸科基于“现代解剖学”运用内热针治疗耳鸣、耳聋经验。耳鸣、耳聋,多为 单侧发病,对患者身心造成严重影响。本病发病机制尚不完全明确, 西医学治疗效果不甚理想。因此，探索一种安全、 有效的新方法尤为重要，基于现代解剖学与中医理论，运用内热针治疗恒温加热、散寒温经；持续恒定的深层组织热 能供给、重建局部微血运，改善微循环；改善炎症水平、清除炎症介质，降低氧化应激，抑制神经凋亡；松解局部病 变组织，调节内耳压力，改善并加快内耳淋巴液循环，疏通经络从而达到治疗耳鸣、耳聋的目的。银川市中医院针灸 科提出了基于“现代解剖学”运用内热针治疗耳鸣、耳聋的新思路，经临床验证，效果显著。
