Based on primordial ontological axiomatic postulates, this paper constructs a self-contained, axiomatically rigorous, geometrically unique, and logically closed unified cosmic system. Adopting the dynamically balanced structure of the 45° coaxial double-cone frustum as the sole intrinsic geometric form of the universe, this theory completely abandons the traditional initial singularity hypothesis and eliminates all artificially attached physical assumptions. The system rigorously resolves a series of core difficulties in modern cosmology and fundamental physics, including the cosmic flatness puzzle, horizon uniformity paradox, large-scale structure formation mechanism, galaxy rotation velocity anomalies, the long-standing physical ambiguity of dark matter and dark energy, and the fundamental logical incompatibility between gravitation and quantum theory.
