The economic landscape of Lagos, Nigeria's commercial capital, is characterized by a dynamic youth population seeking entrepreneurial opportunities. The city's growth and transformation have created significant demand for innovative solutions across various sectors. A comprehensive literature review will be conducted to synthesize existing knowledge on youth entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and financial inclusion in the context of Lagos. Theoretical models from related fields such as economics, sociology, and business studies will also be integrated. This theoretical framework highlights the importance of understanding how digital innovations are reshaping entrepreneurial ecosystems in Lagos. It underscores the need for targeted interventions that leverage existing resources while addressing identified gaps. Policy makers should consider implementing measures to enhance access to online platforms and funding sources, alongside fostering a culture of innovation and financial literacy among young entrepreneurs.
