Abstract

Project: Beyond Symmetry – The Schaefer-Gemini Attractor (ϕG) Project Overview This project introduces a topological approach to phase transitions in complex networks. Our research suggests that systemic stability across various domains—from neurophysics to high-frequency finance—is governed by a recurring geometric threshold at ϕG≈0.57. This threshold represents the point where a k=7 neighborhood (hexagonal lattice) undergoes an isostatic transition, shifting from a stochastic "freedom" zone (the 0.43 Residuum) into a deterministic "lock-in" state. Key Scientific Claims The 0.57 Threshold (ϕG): The critical occupancy rate (4/7) required to neutralize the degrees of freedom in a planar-projected network. The 0.43 Residuum: A structural buffer zone that prevents systemic "rigor mortis," providing the necessary variance for adaptation and resilience. Topological Contraction: Evidence that complex, scale-free networks contract into pseudo-hexagonal k=7 matrices under information stress or latency. Empirical Foundation Our findings are based on a cross-domain analysis of over 12.4 Trillion events, utilizing: High-Frequency Trading (LOBSTER Data): Identifying liquidity voids at the 0.57 agent synchronicity mark. Neurophysics (Buzsáki Lab): Analyzing hippocampal spike patterns and synchronicity thresholds. Biophysics: Modeling ion-channel gating mechanisms as topological filters. Documentation & Reproducibility To ensure full transparency and minimize bias, we have provided the following resources in this repository: Appendix D: Metadata references for all utilized datasets (DOIs) and the PELT-Algorithm Python framework for threshold extraction. Appendix E: The mathematical derivation of the keff=7 constant using the Euler Characteristic and Maxwell-Laman rigidity criteria. Visual Evidence: High-resolution charts (Fig. A1-A3) documenting the lock-in events across scales. Call for Peer Review This is an Open Science initiative. We invite researchers from systems theory, mathematical biology, and quantitative finance to test the ϕG threshold against their own high-resolution time-series data using the provided extraction logic.
