Abstract

The AI Resume Building Software is a web-based intelligent system developed to assist job seekers in creating professional and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compliant resumes. In the modern recruitment environment, most organizations rely on automated screening systems to filter resumes before they reach human recruiters. Although this improves efficiency for employers, it creates significant challenges for candidates whose resumes are rejected due to formatting issues, lack of relevant keywords, and structural inconsistencies. This project introduces an integrated AI-powered platform that utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and keyword matching algorithms to analyze resume content and optimize it according to job descriptions. The system provides real-time resume scoring, semantic keyword suggestions, formatting validation, and compatibility analysis. It is developed using a Three-Tier Architecture model consisting of Presentation, Application, and Database layers. The frontend is implemented using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript, while PHP handles backend processing and MySQL manages database operations. The system significantly reduces resume preparation time and improves ATS pass rates through intelligent optimization and structured validation mechanisms
