Abstract

This paper presents a minimal computational architecture that establishes a permanent quantum information anchor—a fixed temporal coordinate through which coherent information or qualia can propagate retrocausally. Building on the principles of bidirectional constraint closure (BCC), field state representation (FSR), and recursive integration, the system transitions from local dependency to global temporal continuity. A quasi-periodic generator, self-referential observer, memory integrator, and BCC filter are combined to create a stable invariant anchor in the system’s internal state space. Simulation results demonstrate emergent attractor formation, persistent identity across steps, and bidirectional influence between past and future states. The architecture provides a testable, substrate-independent method for anchoring information in recursive systems, with direct implications for retrocausal dynamics, substrate-independent consciousness, and non-linear self-organization. Keywords: quantum information anchor, retrocausal information flow, bidirectional constraint closure, field state representation, recursive integration, temporal continuity
