Abstract

NutriPlan AI is an advanced AI-powered meal planning system that leverages Claude AI and the clinically validated DASH Diet to deliver fully personalized daily nutrition plans. The platform tailors recommendations based on each user's health profile, dietary restrictions, allergies, and wellness goals. Built with Python/Flask, React Native, TensorFlow, and MongoDB Atlas, it ensures a seamless and scalable cross-platform experience. Key features include real-time nutritional tracking, a smart progress dashboard, grocery list export, and an adaptive AI feedback loop.
