Abstract

The paper studies in detail the dependences M(H) of the magnetic moment on the magnetic field strength in the form of hysteresis loops in a wide temperature range in polycrystalline samples of substituted lanthanum ferrite La0.67Sr0.33FeO3–δ. It has been established that the microscopic mechanism responsible for the formation of magnetic hysteresis in the samples under consideration is the pinning of domain walls to small defects, the dimensions of which are smaller than the thickness of the domain wall.
