Abstract

This paper presents Universal Relativity, a minimal pre-geometric framework in which spacetime, time, quantization, mass, gravity, and the arrow of time emerge from a single relational drainage engine. The fundamental entity is the Alpha Void Tear — a stabilized pocket of pre-geometric absence locked at integer level n by circulating +/− dipole pairs. Only three spatial dimensions exist fundamentally. Time is not primitive but the emergent collective rate of discrete Δn drainage events, regulated by temperature through the temporal resistance a (with SI units seconds per kelvin). The same engine governs every scale. General Relativity and quantum mechanics are recovered as effective large-scale descriptions, with the Einstein field equations reinterpreted as arising from informational stress-energy sourced by gradients in stored entanglement potential \ (Vₑnt = ½ m² c²\) (where m is excess shared locking). Key results include the unification of time and temperature, the origin of quantization from integer locking, dual inertia, cyclic cosmology via hypernova resets, and the avoidance of the heat-death paradox.
