9.4% of patients underwent implantation with 89% using the device for more than 4 hours nightly.
Common reasons for not undergoing surgery included patient choice (41.4%) and mild or no OSA on testing (23.7%).
58.2% were advised to continue with positive airway pressure therapy, of which 53.3% showed adherence at follow-up.
