Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Rowosari Village produce banana chips, onion chips, tempeh chips, banana bread, and more. In the production process, they still use simple tools and work manually. Another constraint is the limited knowledge of MSMEs member in using appropriate technology for production and information technology for marketing. Therefore, it is urgent to conduct community service activities to improve the quality, productivity, and competitiveness of their products by utilising digital technology in marketing. The aim is to provide a comprehensive understanding to business actors regarding the importance of halal certification for MSME products as a guarantee of product halalness and various aspects of business legality, enhancing the knowledge and competence of the community about digital transformation and the use of spinner technology to improve product quality. Method: training and mentoring on spinner technology to dry and drain oil from chips/fried products, resulting in higher quality, crispy, and long-lasting products. Then, knowledge transfer about the halal certification process for products. Next, information technology training utilising e-commerce, social media, and various other business applications, SMEs can enhance product visibility, facilitate transactions, and collect customer data for business development.
