The article is dedicated to the study of the impact of digital technologies on the innovative development of agrarian enterprises, considering the technical and technological aspects. It is determined that this impact is comprehensive and transformational, changing the very essence of agricultural production. These are no longer just auxiliary tools, but key drivers of innovation that penetrate every technical and technological aspect of agribusiness. From precision farming, which optimizes resource usage down to the smallest plots, to autonomous machinery and robotic systems that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reduce the need for manual labor, digital solutions radically reshape operational processes. It is determined that thanks to drones, farmers gain unprecedented opportunities for monitoring crops, precise fertilizer application, and detailed land mapping. Along with this, the analysis of big data and artificial intelligence allows for transforming vast amounts of information into valuable predictions and well-founded decisions regarding yield, risks, resource optimization, and early problem detection. This enables a shift from intuitive management to a data-driven approach, increasing profitability and reducing risks. It is proved that digital technologies not only enhance the productivity and efficiency of agrarian enterprises but also make them more resilient and competitive in the global market. They are a driving force for creating new technical solutions, optimizing processes, and ensuring food security amidst growing challenges. Despite existing obstacles such as high costs, a shortage of qualified personnel, and infrastructure limitations, further integration and deepening of the use of digital technologies is an integral part of the innovative development strategy of Ukraine’s agrarian sector, opening the way to its «smart» and sustainable future. Successful integration of these technologies is a key factor in ensuring food security and the competitiveness of Ukraine’s agrarian sector in the global market. This is a path to «smart» agribusiness based on data and innovations.
