This paper presents a structural implementation model for cultivating and assessing Structural Quotient (SQ), a core component of the Thought Operating System (Thought OS). SQ refers to the intelligence that reorganizes, retains, and redeploys fragmented meanings generated by cognitive leaps. It functions as the “intelligence of organization” that sustains the ongoing operation of Thought OS. The paper defines SQ and its conditions of activation, then proposes a multi-layered design covering visualization, testing, training protocols, AI-assisted dialogue, and social applications in education, organizations, and AI architecture. It argues that SQ is not an innate talent, but a trainable capacity for structural editing. The concluding chapter envisions a society where structural thinking is democratized—an era of “structural democratization” enabled by the rise of SQ.
