Abstract

Abstract Introduction Interventions in Psychosocial Risk Factors are poorly studied in terms of reporting their efficacies that can be compared or replicated, among the most prevalent Psychosocial Risk Factors is Workplace Violence, documenting the size of the effect and comparing the interventions applied to The prevention of a psychosocial risk factor is essential to reach international agreements on the global, regional or local treatment suggested in the scientific literature. Method We searched the keywords “Workplace Violence” and “Clinical Trial” with the Boolean operator AND on PubMed Cochrane Clinical Trials.gov, Embase, PsycInfo, Web of science and Science Direct platforms. 95 results were obtained. The results were classified by type of violence (I, II, and III) and by Physical and Psychological. The effect size measures were compared with each other, transforming them all to OR through the formulas proposed by Fritz, Morris, and Richler. Results Will be obtained November 2023 Discussion The main difficulty in making decisions to intervene on workplace violence is the lack of scientific evidence that establishes effect sizes, and once these effect sizes are established, they are expressed in different measures that can generate difficulty in their understanding or comparison for the reader, once this first problem is solved, comparing the three types of violence and two categories of violence results in small groups of type and category, however, it allows refining the conceptual accuracy Conclusion Pending November 2023
