The article analyzes the presentations of the participants of the interuniversity scientific and theoretical seminar with international participation, which took place in St. Petersburg (Pushkin) on April 30, 2025. Based on the results of the seminar, the participants concluded that it is necessary to recognize the state-legal system as an object of research that has the highest level of scientific abstraction among all political and legal phenomena, which makes the state-legal system the main concept of the science of state and law theory.
