Under the Sign of the Updated Constitution: Constitutional Basis of Social Integration of Russia

The article is devoted to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. It assesses both its historical significance and its enormous potential, including in the context of the amendment of the constitutional text implemented in 2020. At the same time, special attention is paid to the constitutional basis of Russia’s social integration, the constitutionalization of all-Russian moral values, the consolidation of the principle of economic, political and social solidarity, ensuring mutual trust between the state and society, as well as balancing the rights and duties of a citizen.
