Abstract. The article analyzes the philosophical and axiological foundations of personality formation in the context of the transformation of modern education in the post-industrial stage. The ideas of classical philosophy, phenomenology and hermeneutics, and humanistic psychology, which determine the issues of value-semantic self-determination of the individual, the role of language and cultural memory, and the formation of civic, cultural, and collective identity, are considered. It is concluded that: personality formation in modern education is based on dialogue, interpretation and integration of cultural values; a hybrid model combining anthropological depth and technological adequacy in the digital age promotes the disclosure of students' creative potential; the integration of philosophical and pedagogical approaches focused on the development of spiritual and moral values, self-actualization and socialization of personality contributes to the formation of an integrated educational environment.
