In conventional physics, the gravitational constant , vacuum permittivity , vacuum permeability , and the reduced Planck constant appear separately in classical mechanics, electromagnetism, and quantum mechanics. They have no unified origin and must be individually calibrated by experiment. Under the framework of the Unified Field Theory (UFT), this work introduces the Hydrogen Scale as a geometric metrological standard, demonstrating that all these constants can be described within a single geometric logic. This establishes a common ruler connecting classical mechanics, electromagnetism, and quantum mechanics, thus unifying the three systems.
