Abstract

We present an audit-ready gate sequence (T-A) for 3D incompressible Navier-Stokes on R³. The route is structured as a continuation framework: local well-posedness plus a pinned continuation criterion, then an InitialG (Hero-class) geometric constraint intended to deplete vortex stretching. Each step is labelled by PASS (Def), PASS (Ref), PASS (Proof), PASS (Deriv), or INCOMPLETE. This record is a public-level route contract and does not assert a general Millennium Problem solution unless a specific gate is labelled PASS (Proof) and independently checkable.
