This paper develops a unified action principle and an associated quantization framework as an extension of a minimal ontological foundation. Without presupposing spacetime structure, field content, or specific interaction models, it identifies the structural requirements under which dynamics, constraints, and physical observables can be consistently defined and quantized. Canonical and path-integral quantization are treated in parallel as admissible realizations, with explicit control over symmetry, gauge redundancy, and extension versus revision. The resulting framework provides a stable intermediate layer between foundational ontology and later model-dependent specializations.
