Abstract

This work developed a photodetector based on a ReSe 2 /graphene/WSe 2 heterostructure that integrates both bidirectional and polarization-sensitive characteristics, achiving a high polarization ratio (PR) value of 9 at 635 nm and 6 at 808 nm.
