The aim is to explore how sulfur deficiency affects thermoelectric performance in colusite materials.
Analyzed the effects of sulfur deficiency on defect formation.
Examined device fabrication techniques for colusite materials.
Evaluated thermoelectric performance metrics.
Defect formation due to sulfur deficiency is observed.
Thermoelectric performance of Cu26Ti2(Sb,Ge)6S32 colusite is enhanced as a result of these defects.
Abstract
Sulphur deficiency in colusite results in the formation of interstitial defects within the sphalerite-like framework, thereby leading to enhanced thermoelectric performance.
