Abstract

Abstract Honeycomb-shaped zeolite monoliths were prepared by using a stereolithography-printed sacrificial templating mold. The template composed of columns had varying sizes and geometries with a templating precision down to 350 µm. A combination of low-viscosity zeolite pastes with the open-design lid allowed easy incorporation of the paste within the sacrificial columns that left unobstructed channels after heat treatment. It was also confirmed that the ZSM-5 crystals in the monolith maintained their acidity and microporosity.
