ABSTRACT Syphilis should be considered in patients with atypical papulonodular eruptions, as even conjugal cases may present with divergent morphologies. Integration of clinical findings, histopathology, and serology is essential for accurate diagnosis. Early partner evaluation and treatment are crucial to prevent ongoing transmission and public health consequences.
