To investigate the effects of TMJ arthrocentesis on otologic symptoms in patients with temporomandibular disorders (TMD).
Analyzed the effects of TMJ arthrocentesis on otologic manifestations.
Monitored patient reports of otalgia, tinnitus, hearing loss, and vertigo post-intervention.
Patients reported subjective improvement in otalgia and tinnitus after TMJ arthrocentesis.
Hearing loss and vertigo did not show significant changes following the procedure.
