ABSTRACT A 35‐year‐old woman presented with a 2‐cm D enlarged right supraclavicular lymph node. Fine needle aspiration cytology smears showed abundant spindle cells with many osteoclast‐like giant cells. The case was kept for discussion in the enigma portal.
