Key Points

  • This record aims to validate the operational framework of SHINOS while ensuring ethical guidelines are maintained.
  • Execution of SHINOS framework in a real-world application.
  • Verification against prior structural and ethical conditions established in previous publications.
  • Documentation of operational functionality without advisory output or decision substitution.
  • SHINOS framework implemented successfully in a commercial web-based application.
  • Human responsibility for judgment preserved without introducing evaluative scores or recommendations.
  • Operational validation contributes to the SHINOS research archive as a significant milestone.

Abstract

English – Primary This record documents the first operational validation of a judgment-preserving AI interaction framework known as SHINOS. Following a sequence of prior DOI-registered publications that fixed the observed phenomenon, structural interpretation, and ethical constraints of SHINOS, this record verifies that the framework can be implemented and sustained in real-world operation without violating its original conditions. The validated system is a commercially deployed web-based application designed to maintain human responsibility for judgment at all times. It intentionally excludes advisory output, evaluative scoring, optimization, recommendation, and decision substitution. This record does not introduce new theoretical claims, performance metrics, or implementation details. Its sole purpose is to fix the implementation stage as a verifiable research milestone within the SHINOS archive. All prior theoretical and observational records are consolidated in the SHINOS Research Hub:doi:10.5281/zenodo.18286002 A Japanese reference translation of this paper is provided as supplementary material for accessibility and comprehension only. All scholarly citation and reference should be made exclusively to this English primary record.
