IntroductionFinancial inclusion is of vital importance in the world, and it is about making sure thatindividuals and enterprises have access to viable as well as affordable financial services andproducts. Even though many attempts have been made, a large part of the whole worldcommunity, especially in the developing and the emerging economies,is not included in themainstream of the financial system because of various obstacles such as the factor ofprohibitive costs of services, geographical constraints, and illiteracy in matters of finance.The simultaneous arrival of Financial Technology (Fintech) has proved to be a game-changerwhen it comes to filling these gaps. Fintech takes advantage of digital technologies in mobilebanking applications, online money transfers, peer-to-peer lending, online portfoliomanagement, and other kinds of financial activities and solutions that are available,competitive, and affordable to a wide range of demographics. The proposed research is aimedat examining the potential of Fintech to drive financial inclusion by evaluating the way inwhich these services are being acquired and used among various categories of users. Withempirical data represented by a properly structured survey of 55 respondents, the study willanalyse how Fintech is objective when considering the areas of influence on the satisfactionlevels of those who get the service, its accessibility and affordability, as well as overallinterest in participating in financial decision making. Fintech innovations and advances haveled to a digital revolution in the banking sector that has traditionally dealt with theunderserved population. Being aware of the level of influence of Fintech will be important topolicymakers, financial institutions, and technology providers to develop more inclusivefinancial systems.
