Abstract This research presents a comprehensive chronostratigraphic and geopolitical reconstruction of the Eastern Mediterranean Late Bronze Age transition, designated as the "1613 Protocol. " By synthesizing high-precision radiocarbon data, forensic archaeology, and paleoclimatology, this study resolves the persistent dissonance between the biblical Exodus narrative and the Egyptian archaeological record. Core Thesis The study rejects the conventional Ramesside (13th Century BCE) hypothesis in favor of a "High Chronology" anchored by the Minoan Eruption of Thera (Santorini), radiocarbon dated to 1613 BCE (±13). It posits that the Exodus was a geopolitical refugee crisis triggered by this volcanic event, occurring during the collapse of the Hyksos Fifteenth Dynasty rather than the New Kingdom. Key Findings & Identifications: 1. The "New King" and the Oppression: The "King who did not know Joseph" is identified as the Hyksos ruler Sakir-Har. The study presents the limestone doorjamb (Cairo TD-8316) bearing the title "Subduer of the Bows" (Waf-pedjut) as evidence of an intra-Semitic class conflict initiated to secure the Delta against the Hittite Old Kingdom threat (Sack of Babylon, c. 1615 BCE). 2. The "Yanassi Gap" and the Tenth Plague: The "Death of the Firstborn" is synchronized with the historical disappearance of the Hyksos Crown Prince Yanassi (Stela Cairo TD-8422). The mechanism is identified as a Limnic Gas Event (CO₂ overturn) in the harbors of Avaris, triggered by tectonic instability following the Thera eruption. This correlates with the "Stratigraphic Hiatus" and plague pits of Tell el-Dab'a Stratum D/3. 3. Ecological Mechanisms: The Ten Plagues are reconstructed as a biogeochemical cascade. The "River of Blood" is identified as a seismic seiche triggering an Iron Oxidation event and subsequent Euglena sanguinea / Rhodotorula (Red Yeast) bloom. The "Manna" phenomenon is identified as the cultivation of coprophilous fungi (Coprinus) on the dung substrate of the Israelite livestock. 4. The "Invisible Kingdom" & Metallurgical Yahwism: The study integrates the "Ben-Yosef Model" of Nomadic Complexity, locating the Israelite sojourn in the Arabah Valley. It argues that early Yahwism was a "Metallurgical Pedagogy" preserved by the Midianites/Kenites at Timna, where the "God of the Furnace" theology (symbolized by the Copper Serpent/Nehushtan) replaced the Egyptian Hathoric cult ("Golden Calf"). 5. The 1573 BCE Conquest: The Conquest of Canaan is synchronized with the violent end of the Middle Bronze Age. Radiocarbon dating of charred grain from Jericho (Tell es-Sultan) City IV places its destruction at 1573 BCE, exactly 40 years after the 1613 BCE Thera anchor. This work unifies stratigraphy, radiocarbon dating, and text into a cohesive historical narrative, proposing that the Exodus was the survival strategy of a "Mixed Multitude" navigating the volcanic winter of the 17th Century BCE.
