Abstract Ensuring personal safety in unpredictable environments has become an important societal requirement. This paper presents RASKA, an IoT-enabled personal safety and monitoring system designed to assist users during emergency situations. The proposed system integrates multiple sensing modules including location tracking, impact detection, audio-visual monitoring, and wireless communication to identify potential distress scenarios and initiate emergency alerts. A companion mobile application enables remote monitoring, live location sharing, and device status visualization. The system operates by continuously observing predefined safety parameters and activating an emergency response when abnormal conditions are detected. This paper focuses on the overall system architecture and operational workflow without disclosing implementation-specific decision logic. The proposed solution aims to provide a scalable, user-friendly, and reliable approach for enhancing personal safety in real-world conditions.
