This document defines the Execution-Time Evidence Object (ETEO), a standardized, machine-verifiable evidentiary format designed to establish contemporaneous proof of labor or service execution.ETEOs are generated contemporaneously with execution and are expressly designed to operate without reliance on post-hoc reconstruction, narrative explanation, witness testimony, or retroactive attestation. This specification is intended for use in audit, payment review, compliance, and fund-release workflows where record integrity, contemporaneity, and non-repudiation are required.Author: Tony Giuliano (Independent Technical Author)
