The origin of formal processes is typically assumed rather than tested. Most physical, logical, and computational frameworks presuppose evaluability, distinction, or admissibility as a prerequisite for initiation. In this work, we present a constraint-based investigation into whether any formal process can be initiated from a state in which all evaluative, structural, logical, and relational primitives are explicitly forbidden. The system is initialized in a pre-evaluative null condition, in which no physical laws, constants, spacetime structure, informational content, probability measures, observers, reference frames, identities, distinctions, or evaluative criteria are permitted. Initiation is then attempted under progressively enforced eliminative constraints, with strict termination policies triggered by the first unavoidable reintroduction of structure. Across all admissible configurations, initiation fails to proceed without the forced emergence of minimal non-eliminable structure. In every successful initiation attempt, at least one of the following becomes unavoidable: evaluability, distinction, identity, or relational reference. No trajectory supports initiation while preserving absolute nullness. These results constitute a formal no-go theorem for absolute null processes: initiation itself is shown to be structurally non-neutral. The act of beginning enforces minimal structure, even when all such structure is explicitly forbidden. This places fundamental limits on theories of absolute nothingness, pre-logical cosmogenesis, and total eliminativist accounts of origin. Any consistent account of emergence must therefore treat minimal structure not as contingent, but as a necessary condition for initiation.
