Abstract

Cultural clubs, like other social organizations, have emerged as significant agents of community development by mobilizing local talents, skills, and collective identities to stimulate positive change. Through organized cultural performances, festivals, language promotion, and heritage education, these clubs contribute to the preservation and transmission of indigenous traditions while strengthening social cohesion. Beyond cultural conservation, cultural clubs foster networks and partnerships that enhance economic activities such as tourism, creative industries, and small-scale enterprises within host communities. This paper examines how cultural clubs function as catalysts for cultural revitalization and socio-economic development, highlighting their role in promoting community participation, identity formation, and sustainable development. The study underscores the importance of supporting cultural clubs as strategic stakeholders in grassroots development planning.
