Abstract

The paper analyzes diagnostic characteristics of calculation of the pressure gradient level on the pulmonary trunk valve in the framework of stratification of early death risks according to the criteria of the European Society of Cardiology and PESI Index with assessment of the linkage between the parameters used in those methods in patients with thromboembolism of the pulmonary artery. Direct and indirect accounting of common parameters of severity of the course of thromboembolism of the pulmonary artery in the formula of calculation of the pressure gradient on the pulmonary artery valve is demonstrated.
