In this new recurring series, we present a few quick hits — four things you can complete or consider in about four minutes. First up, website usability. There are many ways to improve the usability of a website, from behind‐the‐scenes technical tasks to changes that everyday users will notice on the page. This month's column focuses on four of them. Whether you’re reviewing one page or completing an audit of an entire section, here are a few key areas to consider.
