Abstract

The purpose of this note is to establish some properties for a class of deformed trace functions for operators in finite von Neumann algebras. Moreover, some properties for functions related to generalized singular values are also included. As an application, we extend the results of Hansen 6 to the case of finite von Neumann algebras.
