This document presents a datum-aligned interpretive construct describing how observable frequency manifestations become structurally meaningful only after spectral relational encoding is stabilised along a datum line. Demonstrated through gravitational-wave ringdown analysis, the framework shows how datum alignment converts spectral ambiguity into admissible persistence-layer inference without modifying established physical models. The work is positioned within the Paton System as a machinery-layer interpretive pathway governing structural inference across observational domains and introduces no new physical forces or alterations to established theory.
