Abstract

In this preliminary single-centre, real-world study, we compared 24-month drug survival of biologics (dupilumab, tralokinumab) and JAK inhibitors (upadacitinib, abrocitinib, baricitinib) in 1,186 adult patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. Kaplan–Meier analysis showed significant differences in treatment persistence (p0.001), with dupilumab demonstrating the highest 24-month retention, followed by upadacitinib, while tralokinumab and abrocitinib showed intermediate survival and baricitinib the lowest. These findings provide comparative real-world evidence on long-term persistence of currently approved systemic therapies for atopic dermatitis.
