Our initial application of the Human Erasure Index (HEI) to the OECD revealed a crisis of "Cold Entropy"—a state where high systemic resistance (R) forces populations into internalized collapse. However, applying this same methodology to the developing world (the "9 Chains") yields false negatives. This paper introduces a divergent methodology for the Global South, demonstrating that while the developed world dies from suppression (South Korea), the developing world dies from explosion (Argentina). Furthermore, we identify the "Demographic Hedge" used by nations like Kazakhstan to mask systemic failure, and the "Post-Entropy" state of Japan.
