This supplement explores the fate of black holes under the MUT v5.8 framework. Unlike standard Hawking radiation predictions, which imply total evaporation and loss of information, MUT predicts that black hole evaporation halts at the Planck scale due to the invariance of the Effective Background Scalar Field constant (ΦA). The remaining mass forms stable remnants that store pre-existing phase information, providing a resolution to the information paradox. Additionally, these remnants are proposed as potential candidates for the majority of dark matter. This work bridges quantum gravity, thermodynamics, and cosmology, offering a deterministic mechanism for information preservation in black holes.
