This work formulates Future Access Without Presence (FAWP) in a constraint-based spacetime model where admissible histories are fixed by field equations and boundary conditions on a compact Lorentzian volume. Agency is operationalized via delayed mutual information in finite-latency feedback loops, and an agency horizon is defined as the delay beyond which detectable influence falls below a threshold. Binary and Gaussian channel models yield explicit horizon expressions under latency- and noise-induced degradation. Quantum correlations are discussed as constraint-strength without controllable signaling (CHSH/no-signaling), and Landauer-type bounds connect sustained agency to thermodynamic cost.
