Key Points

  • The research aims to explain cosmological anomalies related to the universe's accelerated expansion using the Parenchyma Deficiency Hypothesis.
  • Introduced the Parenchyma Deficiency Hypothesis related to cosmological anomalies.
  • Described the relationship between metric expansion and primordial field thinning.
  • Defined topological discontinuities as regions of absolute deficiency in the field.
  • Proposed that accelerated expansion leads to structural thinning of the primordial field.
  • Identified 'White Spots' as singularities where field gradients reach critical thresholds.
  • Suggested that these discontinuities trigger a non-linear phase transition governed by a Gating Operator.

Abstract

This paper introduces the Parenchyma Deficiency Hypothesis (PDH) as a fundamental mechanism underlying current cosmological anomalies, including the Hubble tension and the precocious formation of massive galaxies observed by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST). We propose that the accelerated expansion of the universe induces a structural "thinning" of the primordial field—the Parenchyma. When the rate of metric expansion exceeds the field's regenerative capacity, topological discontinuities, or "White Spots, " emerge. We define these regions as singularities of absolute deficiency where the Sobolev norms of the field gradient approach critical thresholds, triggering a non-linear phase transition governed by a proposed Gating Operator T.
