NeuroSaaS™ is a formal definition of an evolutionary cognitive software infrastructure designed to stabilize and amplify human decision performance through continuous inferential modeling, structural transparency, and adaptive feedback loops. This work defines the NeuroSaaS architecture, computational model, and operational principles as a new class of adaptive software systems that evolve in conjunction with human interaction and continuously enhance cognitive and decision capacity.
