Abstract

川辺川で計画されている「遊水機能を有する土地」の流出抑制機能を氾濫解析により評価するとともに,強化策として粗度柵工(木材を間隔をあけて数段積み上げた木柵を流水に対して横断方向に複数列配置した木柵群)を提案し有効性を評価した.解析の結果,遊水機能を有する土地(2地区)を確保することにより,50年確率規模の降雨に対して周辺の氾濫域を減少させるとともに,ピーク流量を約8.4m³/s低減する効果があると推定された.また,下鶴地区を対象に粗度柵工を設置した場合,30年確率降雨においては,配置間隔を50m(粗度係数で0.06相当)とすることで最大のピーク流量低減効果が得られると推定された.粗度柵工は治水効果を高める手法として有効な選択肢になりうる可能性がある.
