Generalized linear mixed model analyses showed no significant difference in WBA between the test and retest conditions. Intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs) were greater than 0.92 for all but the 250-Hz band, where an ICC of 0.75 with a 95% confidence interval of 0.42-0.89 was obtained. Bland-Altman plots showed mean test-retest differences of less than or equal to 0.0167, with 95% of the data points within the limits of agreement for all frequency bands. Conclusion: Overall, excellent test-retest reliability and agreement of WBA results in infants were established. Although the frequency band of 250 Hz was found to have an ICC consistent with moderate reliability, this region is considered to carry minimal diagnostic information. Findings from this study support the use of WBA with infants for clinical evaluation.
